Want to know one of my favorite things about being a photographer? Well, aside from the many different people I meet, it’s watching those people go through life’s changes and transitions and being there to document it all. I first met Mary when her son’s dad and my husband were in the same unit in the Army together.

I was able to watch Mary go from being an AWESOME single mom (and boss babe-check out The Barre and Yoga Room if you’re in Rincon, GA), to watching her fall in love with Jarrod and marry him, and now watching their little family grow. I’ve been around to photograph a few of those transitions, and I’m so grateful for that.
